I am a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate, with over 10 years of solid experience in accounting and bookkeeping in a Chinese-owned Corporation, combined with nearly 9 years as an Accounting Supervisor at an Educational institution, where I developed strong skills in customer service and administrative functions. Currently i am employed as a Billing & Collection Specialist, I bring comprehensive knowledge, accuracy, and efficiency to every task I handle.

In my current position as a Billing & Collection Specialist in the Port Industry, I have developed strong expertise in invoicing, accounts receivable management, payment tracking, collection strategies, and resolving account discrepancies. I interact with clients daily, address their concerns about billing disputes, monitor their accounts, and send payment reminders via email, viber and mobile phone. This background gives me a unique advantage: I understand not just how to record finances, but also how to help businesses maintain healthy cash flow and accurate revenue tracking.

I am proficient in using popular accounting tools and software, including Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, NOAH, GTOS and MS Excel, and I can easily adapt to new systems or processes you already use. I am highly detail-oriented, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining confidentiality with all financial data.
