My marketing automation work is built around one thing — understanding how a business actually runs, then building systems that match it. I've led client strategy calls, reviewed their current processes, and identified where things were breaking down — missed follow-ups, slow response times, unclear workflows, tools that weren't being used properly. From there I translate what the business needs into a working GHL setup — pipelines, automations, dashboards, and workflows that make sense to the team using them every day. My biggest strength is being the bridge between the business side and the technical side. Clients don't need more features — they need clarity. I take what's complicated and turn it into something simple, logical, and actually usable.

I've worked hands-on with GoHighLevel across real client projects. Setting up CRMs, building funnels, creating automations, and putting together workflows that actually make sense for the business. At one point, I trained a team to manage and maintain GHL systems, and also worked directly with business owners, teaching them how to use the platform themselves so they're not left dependent on anyone else. I know the tool well enough to build with it, teach it, and troubleshoot it.

I started as a graphic designer and got promoted to Creative Director/Project Manager. In that role, I handled brand strategy calls with clients across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia — understanding what they needed and then working with the team to execute it. I was the one connecting the client's vision to the team's output. Making sure everything we delivered was on brand, on point, and actually made sense for their business. That experience taught me how to lead creative work — not just do it.
