I completed my on-the-job training at a government insurance institution under the Records Team, where I handled document management and data entry tasks. I sorted and classified various vouchers and loan records, including different loan titles, and ensured that all files were properly organized for efficient retrieval. I encoded and verified BP numbers and other key details with high accuracy using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. My work required strong attention to detail, fast and accurate typing, and strict adherence to confidentiality when handling sensitive member information. I also helped maintain a systematic and well-organized records database to support daily operations.

I assisted in the financial accounting of a small paper mache business by recording daily sales, expenses, and inventory costs. I monitored profit and loss, helped compute product pricing based on material and labor costs, and tracked cash flow to maintain accurate financial records. I organized receipts, verified transactions, and prepared simple financial summaries for budgeting purposes. I used Microsoft Excel to encode data, apply basic formulas (such as totals and profit computation), and maintain an organized bookkeeping system. This experience strengthened my attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and spreadsheet skills.

I worked as a tutor at a tutorial center where I taught Filipino students from Grade 5 to Grade 10 in face-to-face sessions. My primary focus was Mathematics, and I also assisted students with Science subjects when needed. I created customized test papers and practice exercises based on the topics they were studying in school to help reinforce their learning. I have basic knowledge of Python and am currently using it for data analysis, particularly time series analysis. I am continuously learning and improving my Python skills, especially in handling data and generating insights.
