Hi! I am Germane Alaisa Santiago. 23 years old from the Philippines.

I’m a BSIT graduate major in Business Analytics with hands-on experience in data entry, admin tasks, and social media management.

Last year, I completed two internships—one with an IT company and one in the real estate industry—where I worked on data organization, reports, and other business analytics tasks. These experiences trained me to be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with different tools and systems.

I also worked in an IT company from June to October 2025, and I’m currently working as a Social Media Manager for a US-based company since November 2025. I handle content scheduling, engagement, and monitoring performance to help the brand grow online.

I’m someone who values deadlines, communicates well, and manages time properly—even when handling multiple clients. I’m flexible with my working hours, quick to learn new tasks, and always willing to adapt to what the business needs.
