Over the past years, I have built a career in remote leadership and digital operations within the global technology sector. Starting in 2021 as a Student Ambassador for Shanghai Moonton Technology, I served as a primary campus representative, leading brand initiatives and fostering community engagement through strategic outreach. My role evolved into significant leadership responsibilities, where I acted as a Mentor to guide new applicants and as an Interviewer to screen and evaluate prospective student candidates. This progression culminated in my promotion to National Administrator in 2025, shifting my focus from local student management to overseeing a nationwide network of student leaders. Throughout this entire experience, I have worked in a 100% online environment, mastering essential Virtual Assistant tools such as Google Sheets for data tracking, Google Drive for file architecture, and Google Meet for facilitating virtual meetings. Managing national-level operations while maintaining corporate-level discipline has allowed me to bridge the gap between student leadership and professional remote administration. This journey reflects my ability to scale complex digital workflows and lead diverse, remote teams independently to achieve high-level organizational goals.
