Accounting Services Associate(AR/AP)/ Data Entry/Intake Specialist for US Tax Retur

Been working with data entry or encoding since from March 2019 to March 2023; and currently working as Tax preparer/Data entry since March 2025 up to present.

Worked as an accounting associate under Accounts Receivable focusing on cash and check collection including: issuing Statements of Accounts to clients through Sales Agents; calling clients with overdue accounts; calling clients with approaching account due date; attaching collections to it's corresponding sales invoice/delivery receipts; investigating discrepancies in payment (example with purchase returns etc.); maintaining records of collectibles; and producing monthly report to higher management.

Worked as an Accounting Services Associate III for two years focusing on invoice processing from indexing, matching PO and invoice, to coding and submitting the invoice to the corresponding approver(end to end process). As associate III, had a special handling of processing invoice with High Dollar Value (invoices with an amount of $50,000 and up) which was a very critical task. Also manage emails from Clients and provide general support as needed.

Currently working as Intake Specialist/Data Entry/Tax Preparer Help where we assist in communicating with various clients through Salesforce and email and collecting tax documents such as Form W2, 1099s, P&Ls, etc. that are needed for Federal or State tax returns preparation. Doing the data entry of all incomes and deductions. Generating partial tax return including 1040, 8879, Sch A, Sch C, Worksheet and Diagnostic, and all applicable forms to be reviewed and approved by the Licensed Tax Preparer. Manage emails from Clients and provide general support as needed.
