PropLink PH is a complete AI-powered real estate marketplace I designed and built for Facebook Messenger. Buyers describe what they're looking for; an AI agent qualifies the request, searches a live property database, and routes matches to the right sellers — with separate logic for premium tier leads, buyer alert queues, and zero-match handling. The full system architecture covers n8n Cloud, Claude, Meta Webhooks, and Google Sheets, designed to operate without human intervention.
NEXUS is a multi-agent orchestration framework I built and operated as a personal tool before agent orchestration became a mainstream pattern. It uses a routing registry to map incoming intent to the correct specialized agent — writer, coder, or strategist — with a token governor and quality gates built into the system. I ran this on Gemini using structured markdown agent files, which is essentially what modern tool-calling frameworks formalized later.
Before AI systems, I spent 5+ years in financial operations at AFPSLAI, processing high volumes of loan applications under strict accuracy and compliance requirements. That background translates directly: I know what makes a system reliable under real conditions, not just controlled ones.
I work autonomously, think in workflows first, and communicate clearly in English. I don't need constant direction — I need a clear problem and space to build.
