Since 2021, where I developed and executed digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. My responsibilities included creating and scheduling content, designing eye-catching graphics, monitoring audience interactions, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns. In addition to managing social media for the pet shop, I also worked with the Hong Kong Bazaar, where I handled social media promotions and content creation for various events. This role required adaptability to diverse audiences and effective coordination with multiple stakeholders to deliver timely and compelling posts. Combining my graphic design skills with social media management, I am proficient in tools like Canva and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This experience has enhanced my ability to craft visually appealing and engaging content that drives brand growth and customer loyalty.

Since 2021, I have been honing my graphic design skills through hands-on experience working closely with my aunty’s pet shop business. My combined experiences have strengthened my proficiency in Canva, enhanced my ability to understand client objectives, and developed my skills in producing visually appealing and effective designs for different platforms.
