Preparation and sending Statement of Account to customers Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up overdue account Reconciliation of records per customer account and closely coordinate discrepancy

Recording of Accounts Payable Vouchers and checking complete documentation prior to payment processing Prepare schedule of accounts per vendors

Responsible in preparation and analysis of cost accounting report including but not to inventory, daily production report, machine hours, raw material purchased and consumption, subcon, labot and overhead cost, sales reconciliation and gross margin

Analyze financial data to identify potential tax liability Ensure all transaction are properly taxed Prepare monthly schedule of account in support to tax payments and indicate reason for non withholding with supporting documents
