Profile Description

Currently, a Quality Control Specialist in a California based inspection company.

Also have 3 years of experience as a QA Property Reviewer at KCL Outsourcing International. I provide dedicated support for one of the premier commercial and residential inspection company that has been providing honest information and trusted services since 1981, based in Houston, Texas. 

Here’s the summary of what I do:    ·       
-Interpret and reviewing technical inspection reports conducted by the
inspectors through the Loss Control website.
-Checking grammars, correct spelling, photo
arrangement and includes correct labeling of photos.
-Making valuations using the CoreLogic for RCT
Express for Residential property and Commercial Valuations for commercial
property.
-Identifying hazards- Liability hazards and
Property hazards (for example, damaged roof, cracked driveway, expired fire
extinguisher etc).
-Adding recommendations for all identified
hazards.
-Returning the reports to the inspector for
clarifications, missing information or additional photos.
- and completing the reports, and sending them directly to customers/ insured. 

 Previously, I worked as a Service Crew member for one of the world's leading fast food chains, which enhanced my customer service communication skills. I also gained valuable experience as a Sales Associate, an Office Clerk, and even as an Online Seller, where I sharpened my administrative skills, multitasking abilities,s and understanding of client needs.
