Throughout my college years, particularly during my internship, I extensively engaged in news writing. It involved more than just writing; it encompassed understanding, conveying, empathizing, and presenting to the public what they rightfully deserve to know. I produced numerous articles for TV, radio, and newspaper outlets.

As a communication student, I excel in communication due to my honed written and verbal skills, deep understanding of effective communication strategies, and experience in engaging with diverse individuals.

Marketing is an integral component of our course, involving the creation of a business plan, proposal development, product creation, and marketing strategies. We strategize how to market our product through internet advertising, creating advertisements, and developing social media content to showcase our product. Additionally, we engage in face-to-face sales and interact with potential customers.

As a BA Communication graduate, I know how to design graphics due to my training in visual communication, understanding of audience engagement, and proficiency in utilizing design software. The studies provided me with a strong foundation in conveying messages visually, understanding the impact of design elements, and creating compelling visual content.

During my one-month experience in customer service, I learned valuable lessons such as maintaining composure when dealing with irate customers, delivering friendly and efficient service, active listening to provide appropriate responses, effectively utilizing tools, and enhancing my vocabulary and English skills.

While I have a great passion for stage acting, I also thoroughly enjoy voice acting. My experience in radio broadcasting and radio drama has provided me with the opportunity to explore and express a wide range of emotions through my voice, effectively delivering compelling performances.

While I typically avoid leadership roles due to the responsibility they entail, I am capable of stepping into such positions when necessary. When leading, I prioritize collaboration and value every team member's opinion. I maintain a calm and competitive demeanor.

As a recent graduate in the field of communication studies, I have acquired comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in managing and creating diverse media content, particularly within the realm of social media. My experience encompasses the production of vlogs, music videos, documentaries, short films, and various forms of creative videos.

Given my experience in the BPO industry, I served as a Customer Service Representative handling a mobile account. In this role, I was actively involved in marketing and selling mobile products to customers.
