I am an IT support with 8 years of experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. I enjoy building relationships with colleagues and ensuring they receive the ultimate technical support. I graduated from the Systems Technology Institute (STI) with a four-year degree in information technology. After working in the IT industry for 8 years, I was asked by my manager to join another department and try coding. Luckily, I passed the exam and developed websites for colleagues and customers. Currently, I have 1 year and 6 months of experience as a programmer.
In addition to my experience and personal qualities, my skills in using Adobe Software such as Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro helped my previous company save costs on hiring a graphic artist while I was working with Leisoft Corporation. I created and designed banners and layouts that the company used for social media posts and flyers.
I am skilled in languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, and I am enthusiastic about staying informed on the latest trends while eagerly embracing new technologies and frameworks.
