Team Lead/ Supervisor

In regards and basing it on my position as Team Leader. Sending email and helping clients with their dear email is somehow my strength because sending email with the client would help me manage my time and if I have something to do regards with the same work different client I can manage my time talking to multiple clients since I experienced this before.

As a Team Leader, I get used to have a PC every time in front of me for the last 8 years in BPO and 3 years of being a Supervisor. I'm pretty sure I can handle any typing activities or work with my current experience.

As a Team Leader, in our work of business we use to gather card details and help the customer with the payments regarding in any platform that is available when we are trying to collect money. My skill would benefit my client specially how we use to collect money from customers. My experience and skills would help me become being effective in colllections.

In my current position as a Team Leader. This is present every time. This is the part of the game that is catching my attention because I have to use my critical thinking to analyze such things.

In my current job, this is the most part where in I have put some effort specially when I am creating some materials that needs to be relay with the Operations. Something that would catch my attention and focus specially when I have a very good subject or topic for the guide or flow.

In my current position as a Team Leader. We are always using our tools as our weapon every time we are dealing with customer's issue if its trouble shooting. My tenure as technical support and technical support TL is also somewhat my strength when working in a BPO Industry.

I have my Leadership skills and completed different certificate from Six Sigma belts from my previous company. I mean, my tenure for the past 3 years would somewhat help me whatever leadership talks it maybe in the future.
