Virtual Assistant & Logistics Coordinator

Quality Assurance: Conduct data quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy and reliability of logistics data. Implement corrective actions to address data discrepancies and maintain data integrity.

Working with Canon Business Service Centre Phils, this tool is use to manage customer data, update status, dashboards for accomplished and expected data. It is also a tool of communication for emails and calls.

Coordination with Sales and Customer Service: Collaborate with the sales team to address any order-related inquiries or discrepancies. Work closely with customer service representatives to provide updates on order status and resolve issues in a timely manner.
