I had experience working for a client from Upwork. Wherein I’m responsible for keeping engagements and posting/scheduling posts on IG and Facebook. Client: Riccardo Lorenzi Tools Used: Facebook, Meta Business Suite, and Canva Platform: Upwork Responsibilities: -Re-post IG photos of IT Developers on the client’s IG page, Schedule two to three IG posts of IT developers per day, minimal graphic design task and creative writing for creating the IG post caption.

I have broad experience when it comes to graphic design. Most of my clients are cosmetic brand owners in the Philippines, I have a page before wherein customers will send me a private message due to the FB ads I’m using to advertise my services. During that time, my responsibility is to create a template they can post on their business pages on FB and IG. Description/Content Writing Client: 3D VISION SERVICES INC. Experience level: 7 months of Non-voice experience. (HSBC AU: Banking, Credit Cards, & Home Loan trained) Can converse, identify the customer's issue, provide assistance or other possible options, and ensure timely response throughout the online chat conversation in a professional and respectful way.
