Hello, it's a pleasure to meet you! I'm a passionate researcher who has been working in this field for about two years. I began my interest in the field of research when I had my internship in the Office of Research at our ---------- widened my perspective as to how beneficial research is in improving our daily lives, finding solutions to problems, making discoveries, and creating inventions that would leverage our quality of life. Because I have a bachelor's degree in psychology, I enjoy investigating concepts concerning mental health and well-being. However, I am a versatile researcher because I also study in the areas of medicine, teacher education, social work, and other disciplines that can be explained by means of psychology. Moreover, before I became a researcher, I was a writer for our university's college publication. I started as a member then a year later was promoted to the literary and culture editor position and in my senior year, I was given the position of editor-in-chief. Being in the publication sharpened my writing and interviewing skills which are necessary in the field of research. Thus, I really want to put into fruition the skills that I've learned in my college ---------- eers to more research!
