I have been a team leader for more than 5 years and have handled multiple teams that have produced leaders amongst them as well. I was able to handle, at one time, 3 different teams due to CoVid and were able to ensure that none of which failed their metrics thru proper coaching, and providing their performance on a day-to-day basis with the use of reporting tools such as Excel and Powerpoint. I also have experience with CRM Tools such as SalesForce and Kustomer.

I have been trained to do basic troubleshooting steps when it comes to networking such as, but is not limited to, port forwarding, programming skills, spreadsheets, etc.

Handled automations using low-code/no-code technologies such as Zapier to integrate several tools ranging from Contract Management Tools, CRMs, Project Management Tools, Messaging Platforms, and more.

I have set up AI-validated lead intake pipelines with CallRail and Lead Docket for one of my company's clients, an AI Copywriting Agent that fully handles content generation tasks — saving about $1,000 a month previously spent on a contractor, a fully customized Sales Assistant AI inside a Google Cloud Platform Virtual Machine that is connected to Slack, a Google Workspace, Monday.com CRM and more.

Created numerous campaigns in Brevo(SendInBlue) to increase website visibility.

Able to create automations for numerous reports using Visual Basic Functions of Excel.

Able to create meaningful storylines for reporting to ensure that gotten is easily understood and we are able to pinpoint critical information for system/process improvements.
