Task performed: Monitor system performance and utilization. Worked as VM Administrator on VMware ESX 5.x and VSphere 5.0x and vCenter. Experience working with Facilities Team in solving hardware problems in Data Centers. Experience working with Center of Excellence Team to perform action in order to solve hardware call. Experience in handling HP Product Hardware case and coordinate with onsite engineer for hardware repair in data center. Installed and administered SuSE Linux Enterprise for SAP versions 11.3, 11.4, 12.1, 12.2 including troubleshooting both physical and virtual server issues. Perform firmware and periodical patch upgrades on multiple SLES for SAP system. Managing HPE Converge System 900 and 500 hardware platforms including SAN and Network Switches. Point of contact for any datacenters activity that involves Nestle SAP HANA on Singapore, North America, EUR nestle data centers. Experience with configuring and deploying Linux based operating systems on HP Proliant class processing platforms. Linux User management includes adding, permission and removal of system accounts. Linux File system management includes creation, extension, exports and permission. Linux firewall management includes allowing or blocking traffic for specific subnet or IP. Configure Insight Remote support monitoring for SLES Servers. Systems troubleshooting experience with HTTP\HTTPS, SFTP, FTP, LVM, RAID, NFS, SMTP, SSH, NTP and TCP/IP.
