This involved the issuance of billing statements to the Mall tenants, thru SAP Accounting Software, for their monthly rental, common area, and other charges based on their lease agreements. Subsequently, collections were likewise monitored.

My main task was to process payments to suppliers, employees, and other stake holders. It involved audit of the invoices, reimbursement form, and related documents, ensuring that the payments are authorized following the Company's policies and procedures prior to check voucher preparation and subsequent release.

I started from being a Bookkeeper/Accounts Payable Staff in a domestic shipping company, which involved recording of journal entries into the system (based on Official Receipts, Payment Vouchers, Billing Invoices, etc.), processing of payments to suppliers, employee reimbursements, etc., check voucher preparation and releasing, bank reconciliation, and daily cash flow monitoring. When I shifted to the Mall as an Accounting Officer, and later on as an Accounting Manager, I had the opportunity for a full accounting experience, handling Tenant Sales Audit and recording, Rental Billing and Collection, Accounts Payable processing, annual Budget preparation and forecasting, and monthly Financial Statement reporting and analysis using Oracle and SAP Accounting Software.

Microsoft Excel has been our main tool in for our financial and global reporting. As a user, I am able to do pivots, lookups, tables, and other functions.

This involved preparation and submission of consolidated financial reports to management and other stakeholders, giving insights on the cost behaviors vs. targets and trends.

Involved in the annual budget exercises of both the Mall and BPO companies by preparing the targets for my assigned department based on historical data and trends, deliberation and consolidation of forecast inputs from all departments, submission of final consolidated budget report to management, and subsequent monitoring and analysis.

This involved monitoring of actual costs vs. Budget on a monthly basis, to check and evaluate if Targets are met and are still reasonable, and adjust the forecast if necessary.

It is not widely used in work but I have adequate knowledge in Microsoft Word.

Oracle was the Accounting software we used for Mall Accounting, prior to migration to SAP. And currenly our Finance tool in BPO.
