Profile Description

• Source and deliver goods, materials, and services in accordance with the business demand
• Expedite purchased goods, materials, and services as required
• Gain a deep business understanding that includes knowing operational and planning requirements,
stakeholders, risks and opportunities that will effectively drive sourcing and logistics activities.
• Understand end-to-end supply chain from demand creation to execution of the work, which includes inbound
and outbound of resources
• Ensure compliance to applicable approval process, standards, procedures, policies, guidelines, systems, and
tools as required by SPEX/MEXp
• Maintain regular communication with Demand groups to understand business demand, its risk profile and
required on site dates
• Deliver bottom line savings through closed deals, supplier management programs, challenging demand and
specifications or other value improvement initiatives.
• Develop ideas and strategies to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work
towards a strategy of continuous improvement
• Prepare, make deals, and execute contracts with 3rd party suppliers to create value for the business;
employing communication, persuasion and influencing skills; and leverage strategies, planning, tactics,
techniques, toolkits, and systems and processes.
