Here are the usual bookkeeping tasks that I perform:
• Entering invoices, receipts and other financial transactions
• Ensuring all financial transactions are up-to-date and properly recorded
• Prepare and process vendor payments
• Process incoming invoices, verifying the accuracy and matching them with purchase orders or receipts, resolving invoice discrepancies
• Reconciling bank and credit card statements
• Assist in the month-end closing
• Financial data catchup and cleanup
• Financial statements preparation, including Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement
