I'm a cost accounting analyst in real estate company (Suntrust Properties Inc. -- wholly-owned subsidiary of Megaworld Corporation. My career started as costing analyst since 2018 and I was promoted twice ( Senior Cost Accounting Analyst & Junior Supervisor ) during my 6 year tenure.

Here are the services I can offer as a cost accountant:
1) Preparation of accounts payable voucher (relating to inventory, security expenses, suppliers and contractors).
2) Review and update of monthly schedule.
3) Sales and Cost of sales projection.
4) Monthly site audit inspection as part of the company's internal control.
5) Preparation of financial statements.

Currently, I'm a US Bookkeeper and Costing Head for a manufacturing company.
Since my career background focused mainly in cost accounting, I was initially assigned as Costing Head then later on become Head of Finance as well.
