Manpower Planning/Organizational Review
1. Monitor employment period of probationary and contractual employee.
2. Consolidate all manpower/organizational requirements of all departments for
approval by the Management.
3. Audit manning levels versus approved manpower requirements.
4. Review and update periodically manpower manning and organizational structures.
5. Provide top management with monthly manpower report.
6. Accomplish Manpower Requisition and get approval for them from the VP/GM.
7. Study and implement Wage
Orders ordered by the Wage Board of Dole and/or the Law
8. Conduct annual Performance Appraisals to identify individual strengths and
weaknesses and appropriate training needs to overcome weaknesses.
B.
Recruitment/Placement
1. Source applicant for vacant positions internally and externally.
2. Interview and test applicants for assessment of qualifications and skills. Checks
that all applicants pass the physical, medical, technical and other administration
requirements of employment.
3. Source contractual, tempo-employees and on-the-job trainees (OJT's) as required
by individual departments.
4. Liaise with employment offices, schools, the Department of Labor
D. Employee Records/Reports
1. Processes certification of employees
2. Maintain files of all vehicle registration certificates, deeds of sales/mortgage and
affidavits pertaining to damage and/or loss.
E. Payroll Processing
1. Data & Time Record Checking
2. Entry & Compute timekeeping data from biometrics and enter the
hours to be paid & other types of income such as bonuses, commissions &
retroactive pay due to pay raise and other additional pay into the system.
