Workforce Management professional with 14+ years of BPO/contact center experience in forecasting, capacity planning, and real-time staffing for high-volume operations. My work translates operational data into scheduling strategies that protect service levels and reduce staffing inefficiencies — currently managing resource planning across a 1,000+ seat operation and multiple client programs at Results-CX.
Alongside that, I'm building out my Power BI skill set: intermediate hands-on experience plus a recently completed 36-hour Advanced Power BI course (DAX, data transformation, Power BI Service), applied to an independent portfolio dashboard. I also use AI tools to automate reporting workflows and cut down manual turnaround time.
Open to full-time Workforce Management / Operations roles, and selectively available for project-based forecasting or Power BI dashboard work.
