I am a Healthcare Virtual Assistant with 4+ years of experience supporting U.S. healthcare companies, including home care, home health, hospice, DME, and NEMT businesses. I specialize in healthcare recruitment, caregiver scheduling, HR development, and operational support to help agencies run smoothly and stay compliant.

As a Scheduling Manager in the home care industry, I managed caregiver-client coordination by scheduling CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers while ensuring the best match based on client needs, availability, and compatibility.
