I was an admin assistant in a
food concessionaire where I was assigned to the commissary department. My work is
to update inventory, where I record all stock movements. I make payroll summary
on a semi-monthly basis and handles petty cash fund.
I also worked as a store supervisor
in a small convenience store. I am assistant to the owner and I am in charge of
employee supervision. I mainly monitor inventory reports.
My third job was credit and collection
staff/accounting assistant for three years in a manufacturing business. I do weekly
follow-ups for all accounts receivable by call or
as per the status of the invoices. Make sure that all invoices are collected on
time. I also make check payments for all accounts payable that are due.
As for my last job, I worked
as an accounting specialist in a service company that repairs electronics and installs
home appliances. I worked for almost seven years. As an accounting specialist,
I prepare monthly reports such as bank reconciliation, management of accounts
receivable and accounts payable, tax reporting, financial reports such as balance
sheet and income statement accounts, and any accounting-related transactions.
Although I don't have
experience working as a virtual assistant, I am confident enough that I can
help you with any accounting-related transactions and any administrative functions
because of my work experiences in corporate jobs.
