EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

Art Director
• Collaborate with clients or creative directors to understand the vision and goals.
• Develop the overall look, feel, and tone for campaigns, products, or productions.
• Provide guidance and feedback to ensure the work aligns with the creative vision.
• Approve or refine layouts, visual elements, typography, and color schemes.
• Ensure consistency in branding, style, and messaging across all materials.
• Work closely with copywriters, marketers, producers, and other departments.
• Ensure deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and meet quality standards.

Digital Quality Controller
• Review creative outputs like web banners, social media ads, email designs,    animations, and video content.
• Verify that assets meet platform-specific and client-specific requirements.
• Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines, tone, color palettes, typography, and style standards.
• Detect and correct any visual inconsistencies or design deviations.
• Confirm that file formats, sizes, and specifications are correct for their intended platforms (e.g., web,mobile, social media).
• Provide constructive feedback and suggest solutions for improvement.
• Maintain proper naming conventions, version control, and asset organization.
• Ensure the correct and most up-to-date files are delivered to production or clients.
• Help establish and maintain QC checklists and workflows.

Graphic Design Manager
• Supervise and lead the graphic designing team.
• Analyze and plan the framework of design according to the laid out concept and established specifications.
• Ensure that the delivered products or services adhere to the policies and        standards of the company.
• Deal with the client and be the point of contact.
• Oversee that new techniques and processes are used to provide best quality of  designs.
• Leverage creative and marketing knowledge to develop new creative     campaigns for specific targets.

Senior Graphic Designer
• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.
• Design original pieces, including illustrations and info-graphics.
• Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software.
• Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.

Graphic Designer
• Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites.
• Create image that identify a product or convey a message.
• Select colors, images, text style, and layout.
• Present the design to clients or the art director.
• Incorporate changes recommended by the client into final design.
• Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
