As an Admin staff/Bookkeeper I prepare daily Delivery Receipts/Sales Invoice. I also prepare payroll for the regular employees & executives. Monitors the daily balances of ledger. Handles the Petty Cash Fund. Prepares the monthly commission of Account Managers & Executives. Reports information/data needed by the Auditor. Coordinates with the banks for the loans of employees. Coordinates with brokers for incoming shipments. Handles the Health Insurance/Medical Insurance of all employees.
We are Using Microsoft Word, Excel and OMS (Order Monitoring Systems) in doing all these said jobs.
