During every townhall event in our organization, I consistently took the lead in creating the presentation materials. I was responsible for designing visually engaging slides, organizing key content, and ensuring that the presentation effectively communicated updates, achievements, and strategic goals to all attendees. This recurring responsibility allowed me to showcase my creativity, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex information into clear, impactful visuals that supported leadership and enhanced audience engagement.

I handled data entry tasks for a retirement processing, including updating participants information, processing withdrawals, setting up an account, etc. Delivered clean, organized spreadsheets that improved workflow efficiency and reduced errors.

As part of our company’s engagement activity, I was assigned to capture the highlights through photography and transformed them into a short documentary video.

I developed an error log using Power Apps to improve transparency and accountability in our workflow. Approvers can submit errors made by processors, while processors can view their assigned errors in real time and address them promptly.
